How I Met Your Mother: Victoria returns for season 8
Ashley Williams, who plays Victoria, will be back in the eight season of How I Met Your Mother, which may mean that the love story between Ted and Victoria may not be over just yet.
Remember that at the end of season seven, Ted and Victoria admitted they still had feelings for one
another just as she was getting ready to tie the knot with another guy. But just as Ted was about to drop the bride off,
memories of their romance started flooding back and they bypassed the
church.
Modern Family: cast shows up for rescheduled table read
Well, this is a relieve for the fans! The adult cast of Modern Family put aside their diferences with the studio and showed up for the rescheduled table read that took place this Thursday.
This move is an apparent good-faith gesture on the adult ensemble
members’ part, and talks between the actors’ representatives and 20th
Century Fox TV are expected to resume soon.
Grey's Anatomy: Eric Dane leaves the show
Eric Dane, who has played Dr. McSteamy for the last six years, has decided to leaved the medical drama to pursue other opportunities. Dane told TV Line: I am extremely grateful to everyone at Grey’s, ABC and
Shondaland for the experience and memories I have had over the course of
this run. It has been wonderful to
work alongside and learn from a creative force such as Shonda Rhimes.
According to a Grey's insider, the actor will not die like Lexie and will be back for several episodes in order to
ensure he gets a proper farewell.
Along with Chyler Leigh and Kim Raver, this is the third regular character the show loses as it enters season 9.

The CW: TV Now
After TV to talk about, the new slogan of The CW is TV Now. Check out their rebranding video:
Modern Family: first table read canceled
The first table read of Modern Family's season four scheduled for yesterday has been canceled.
Sofia Vergara, Julie Bown, Ty Burrell, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Eric Stonestreet want an increase in their salary: they all make $65k per episode and want to make $200k for each episode of the next season. Ed O'Neill has joined forces with the rest of the adult cast and they have filled a lawsuit against the producer 20th Century Fox to void their contracts.
Sources say the salary offer was as follows: $150,000 per episode plus a
$50,000 per episode bonus for season 4; $200,000 per episode for season
5, $225,000 for season 6, and up to $325,000 for an anticipated season
9. The cast is asking for much more, including more than double the
offered salary if the show goes 8 or 9 seasons, as expected.
Let's hope this gets settled quickly.

Revenge: meet Emily's mother
Jennifer Jason Leigh, from Weeds, will play the role of Emily's (aka real Amanda) mother.
Revenge returns September 21, and Mike Kelley leaves us with a teaser about her role and the changes she will bring to the show: What you’re going to discover about the woman who was Emily’s mother is the circumstances under which they were separated and you’re going to find that there’s some deep psychological issues with her, which I think is going to be fun for us to explore. For Emily, she’s going to start seeing some of the psychological damage that her mother has in herself.
