Extreme Makeover: Home Edition cancelled

After 9 seasons, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition will air for one last time 13 January, with the 200th episode. In the finale, Ty's team will help a family in Missouri, whose house was devastated by a tornado.

Ty Pennington will no longer be saying move that bus, but will continue on air: he will be a panelist on The Revolution, an ABC series on health and lifestyle.

Ao fim de 9 temporadas, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition vai para o ar uma última vez no dia 13 de Janeiro, com o 200º episódio. Na final, a equipa de Ty vai ajudar uma família do Missouri, cuja casa foi devastada por um tornado.

Já não vamos ouvir Ty Pennington dizer "move that bus", mas este vai continuar no ecrã: vai fazer parte de The Revolution, a nova série da ABC sobre saúde e estilos de vida.

J.J. Abrams is moving to the CW

J.J. Abrams, the executive producer of Lost and Alias, is moving to the CW, and will pair up with Mark Schwann, the executive producer of One Three Hill. The team is developing a hotel drama, which will be one of the most expensive projects of the new developing season. The series is tentatively entitled Maine, as the plot is set at an inn in Maine, and develops around the staff an the guests.

Abrams returns to his home, as the CW is the descendant of the WB, where he was the executive producer of Felicity.

J.J. Abrams, o produtor executivo de Lost e Alias, vai mudar-se para a CW, onde se vai juntar a Mark Schwann,o produtor executivo de One Three Hill. A equipa está a desenvolver um drama à volta de um hotel, dos empregados e dos hóspedes. Temporariamente intitulada Maine, a acção decorre num pequeno hotel na localidade de Maine.

Abrams regressa assim a casa, pois a CW é a descendente da WB, onde ele foi o produtor executivo de Felicity.

Glee: Extraordinary Merry Christmas

After last year's success, Glee does a Christmas episode again. Next week, tune in for the Fall finale of this season, with Extraordinary Merry Christmas.

The official plot is very promising: "When New Directions is asked to perform at two different events on the same day, at the same time they have a tough decision to make. Will they choose correctly and spread Christmas cheer, or will their ambition get the best of them?"

Depois do sucesso do ano passado, Glee volta a fazer um episódio dedicado ao Natal. Na próxima semana, vejam o episódio Extraordinary Merry Christmas, que é também o último deste ano da série.

A sinopse oficial parece muito promissora: "Quando os New Directions são convidados a actuar em dois eventos no mesmo dia, ao mesmo tempo, têm uma decisão difícil a tomar. Vão tomar a opção certa e espalhar a alegria do Natal, ou a sua ambição vai levar a melhor?"
