EW announced the first actress to join the new pilot The Carrie Diaries (CW). Stefania Owen will play Carrie's 14-year-old sister. In the books, she is described as a rebellion: from dying her hair to getting arrested, Dorrit will try to get everyone's attention in any way she cans.
