Mamie Gummer stars in the new CW show Emily Owens, M.D. as Emily, a first-year intern at Denver Memorial Hospital and has to realize that with her med-school crush Will and her high school nemesis Cassandra she isn't only the new kid all over again, but it’s just as awkward as high school.
